Terms of Service
The Short Version
MUIS sells digital design files for Figma and Framer.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
Use what you get in personal and client work. Don't resell or share the files.
Pro renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime.
1. Who We Are
MUIS (muis.store) is based in Pakistan. You can reach us at hello@muis.store.
2. Your Account
You need a free account to copy, download or buy. You sign in with an emailed link or with Google, and you're responsible for keeping that email secure.
One account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
3. What You Get
MUIS sells digital files: Figma files (downloaded as a zip), components (shared as a link) and Framer templates (a PDF with remix links). The item page shows what's included before you buy.
4. Buying and Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, Inc. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all our orders: they handle payment, tax, invoices and payment-related customer service.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
5. Pro Plans
Quarterly and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
File downloads each month: Quarterly 5, Annual 10, Lifetime unlimited. Copying components into Figma isn't limited.
Lifetime is a one-time payment for Pro access for as long as MUIS operates.
6. Refunds and License
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, and what you may do with the files by our License. Both are part of these terms.
7. Fair Use
Don't share your account, resell or redistribute files, scrape the site, or try to get around download limits or payment.
8. Changes
We may update products, prices and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll email you about significant changes.
9. Liability
Files are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, MUIS isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
