Questions

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and files you downloaded stay usable.

What counts as a download?

Each Figma file or Framer template you download uses one. The same file again in the same month, or a new version of it, does not. Copying a component to Figma never does.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 7 days of purchase. Email hello@muis.store and we will sort it out. A refund removes the files it paid for.

How do I get my files?

After checkout, your receipt email has a Get Your Files link that opens your MUIS library.
